Take a look at these from Brownell's adjustable for windage and elevation fiber optic three dot system.

Ameriglo has a new sight called the CAP (I think) I just bought another Glock 19 with them installed on it. They are really easy to line up. The front is a Square and the rear is a horizontal bar.

Also for straight target sights, I would suggest Warren tactical.

and also a new sight recently released. I am going to be getting these for one of my glocks next week or so.

dawson precision makes a nice all black serrated adjustable rear and different heights of front fiber optics to suit. should work for your needs pretty well. you have to look in the rear and front sight options seperately on their site.

I put on a set of Warren Tacticals they were far better than the stock sights.

If your really talking target sights look at the Sevigny Competition Sights For Glocks on the site listed. If you want something more they also have that.

they work great like the XS Big dots as a super quick visibility/target acquisition sight...not so much for competition/target accuracy. But getting on target quick and getting them where it counts they work well. pinpoint accuracy not so much.

    Either of these.

If you're on a budget you can usually snag an adjustable Glock factory rear on Ebay for cheap.

^^^^^^^^This all day long. Get the .100 wide front with any rear you want. The fiber is easy to pick up shooting fast and the narrow blade makes shooting 6" plates at 50 yards a piece of cake.
