looking for a 586 holster
much like the one s&w sells, minus the price tag.
http://www.smith-wesson.com/webapp/w...layErrorView_N
I'd need one for a 6 inch barrel, but I can't seem to find any that aren't made of some kind of polymer.
I hope some one can point me in the right direction, thank you!

Re: looking for a 586 holster
Blackhawk carries that same holster but without the s&w logo for $65, go to their websise and select leather holsters then go to the last page.

Re: looking for a 586 holster
OK , Go to www.simplyrugged.com and go to their clearance page they have a nice one they want to get rid of for $50 its for a 6 incher, beside these guys makes the best holsters on the planet, i dont buy anything else, if not order a new one for $60.
THe line you want to look at is the revolver line not their cuda line. CUDA is for automatics

Re: looking for a 586 holster
THat CTD holster is nice, go for it , its made by Bianchi, CTD charges too much for Shipping though and they do not ship to PO boxes.
Enjoy.

Re: looking for a 586 holster
Any quality leather of similar style is going to cost about 3/4 of what S&W asks. I say buy the one you really want and after you've worn it for a decade or two, the extra cost won't seem very significant...
