I found this bit interesting as well. I had to reread the article three times as I had a very difficult time accepting the aggressor (at least outside) as "victim" and the person leaving the scene as the "suspect".
This is what I've been pointing out for years, in the eyes of the system, the guy with the gun is probably the bad guy.

Doesn't matter who called 911 afterwards; guns are evil, shooting is bad, and you could shoot a guy while you're bleeding from the skull and he's kneeling on you and smashing your head into the concrete, and telling you in no uncertain terms "you gonna die tonight", and the media will still refer to poor little Treyvon as "the victim".

Does this DA have a political agenda, like running for judge, and will screw anybody, guilty or innocent, to reach that goal.

GL, do you know anything about him.
    Government 99 and 44/100 % pure bullshit.

i didn't see anything about if the shooter was under the influence ?

if so that could be a factor in his arrest and charges being filed.

It is such a shame that you have to be on the edge of your own life to defend it and you still are seen as the bad guy.

I hope this guy is released soon and everything turns out ok for him

Call me stupid, but is this taken from the new castle doctrine law or is this something else pertaining to self defense or use of deadly force.

The "Castle Doctrine" and "Stand Your Ground" changes were overlaid onto existing statutes, including the existing "use of force" statutes and the tort laws.

It's obviously self defense and legal because of the castle doctrine, yet they're charging him for premeditated murder? Where the hell do they see premeditation in that? He wasn't even the aggressor!

It wasn't illegal in AZ to possess 10mm JHP rounds, either - but when presented to a jury....
