Suppressors in Delaware County?
Hey guys, I realize this topic may have come up before but I couldnt find a good thread that addressed it so..
Im looking at purchasing a supressor for some of my .22 rifles/pistols and have just learned about the process of getting one. Has anyone gone through this process in Delaware county recently and can comment on how agreeable the sheriff is to signing off on the form?
Im not sure I fully understand how (if its legal to own one) a local sheriff can choose to deny the application but that is the rumor Ive heard. Im asking so I can choose to maybe avoid the hassle of the process if its a sure bet that it wont get approved. Any comments from people who have gone through this would be appreciated, thanks all and shoot straight!

Sorry I missed this and took so long to reply. See post 5 in this http://forum.pafoa.org/nfa-class-3-t...re-county.html post.
Yes, I bought a .22 Sparrow. I'm about to buy an .45 Osprey,,,, as soon as they get it in, damn it. It's been 6 weeks. Oh well.....
You would have had a faster response if you posted in the NFA thread. http://forum.pafoa.org/nfa-class-3-title-ii-34/
Good luck..........George,
So many guns, so little money.
