    Default 80% Lower Finishing

Anyone near York set up to do a 80% lower that would over-watch/assist me in finishing one?

I can compensate your time to show me how to do this.

    Thanks ahead of time.

Hes compensating to make sure he doesn't mess up, not for some one to finish it for him.

Do you have the jigs? Tactical machine? or other? Mill is
really favored to use (dont know many who used drill press)

It's not illegal. I've seen 80% lower group get togethers before.

I only have access to a drill press. I am not against purchasing the jigs.

The jigs should help just go slow and use lots of lubrication

    Talking Re: 80% Lower Finishing

i have the jig and plates from Tactical Machine for the AR15. just milled out my first one. i have 9 more 80%'s i bought from TM.com too. i used a mill here at work to do it. if using this jig let me recommend under size drilling the trigger , hammer and safety selector holes and then reaming them to size. mine turn out a lil more oversized then id like but its still functional. i did get the the KNS anti-rotation gen2 pins. it takes some time to carefully mill one out so a party would be hard to do , IMO. maybe as you do a couple it would go faster. id love to have an old Bridgeport mill with a DRO it would make this a breeeeze !. im saving money up right now to either build my upper or buy a complete one. look me up on youtube , " guns1war " i have a couple vids
" they all fall to the hardball "
