    Default What is the job market like in Phoenixville and areas close by?

    So I'm thinking about moving to PA possibly...whats the unemployment rate for places in Phoenixville and the surround areas?

    I think it probably matters more what kind of job you are looking for.
    The town itself has no industry that I can think of. The steel mill closed years ago. Lots of restaurants along a revitalized shopping district, a fair sized hospital.
    Pharma is huge in the surrounding area.

    For pure statistics about an area, this is a pretty good site

    well something along the lines of collision repair/auto painting...but im pretty fluid something that pays decent mainly
