And they're serving drinks, hmmm. DUI anybody? Lets get drunk and talk about how bad guns are
I sometimes venture up to micro center, i really cant stand those people. Most of them drive like assholes, very inconsiderate, etc... I used to advertise in the mainline times, not anymore. I dont like dealing with people that are "above and beyond" me.

Excellent point. Also, if you're obviously working against them, their playbook is to draw you into a conversation about the social issue that makes otherwise conservative women just completely shut off to anything you say. They may also try to paint you as a racist.

You might want to take a couple of copies of Gun Facts 6.1 ( available at http://www.gunfacts.info/ ) with you. It shouldn't take too much to get several printed and bound at Kinko’s (maybe five copies).. After you sit through their entire presentation, just hand them out..

Print out some material about gun rights and how guns reduce crime on paper and quietly hand it out.

I have always thought that hearing the other side's position is important in "intelligence gathering". I would sit there and report back to the group.

I am not a lawyer but I have recorded many a public meeting. In fact in one a lawyer was there and said recording a public meeting can't be stopped.

It would be great to hear what their issue or fear is, particularly if this is this going to be a statewide plan to assemble meetings.

One thing that is never ever mentioned in defense of lawful gun ownership and concealed carry is Law Enforcement response time. I spend a lot of time monitoring the police channels near me to see just how quickly a LEO can get to situation. In the 7-12 minutes, depending on time of day response time around most Eastern Pa, one could be killed or severely injured in a matter of minutes. In other words "killed 5-8 times over or more "until help arrived.

I would happily attend the meeting. I am sure it a recruitment/fund raiser meeting hoping to hook some suckers in the donation category.

Years ago, we met many of these Radnor folks at the Radnor Township meeting when they were attempting to push a Lost and Stolen Ordinance. IMHO they are feeling empowered by the Obama win and feel his lame duck session can serve their purposes. (They may be right)

Go, record and meet the other side. Come back here and disseminate their message so we can formulate a strategy to continue them on the path to irrelevance.

That's what I would do. Your choice may vary.
