    So, I woul dlike to pose this:
    A year ago my X stole 3 guns, out right lied and denied it to the police and the magistrate, then was caught on candid camera selling them. then was charged with 3 felonies (2nd degree). Pleaded for a 2 year ARD sentence and fined $5000.....How can you lie to the police then recieve ARD...

    remember the martha Stewart her case was lying to the feds the insider trading was mute and the judge assumed she insider traded . how can she be guilty w/o a trail
