How does Silver Bear 7.62x39 Hollow Point compare with Wolf? Is it coated?

Nice price, I last got Wolf 7.62 x 39 122 Gr. FMJ 2,000 rds. from Sportsman's Guide for .16 per rd delivered. Time before that was .10 per round and the time before that.....

Since when?

I've ordered 1000's of rounds from various sites including tons of .308 from AIM and never needed more than send a copy of my Driver License if I want UPS to leave it at my door.

Click the link and look at it. It says FFL required? I dunno if this is some kinda promotion. But that is what it says.

I know places like Midway give you a discount if you have a C&R; so maybe AIM is adopting this kind of policy?

I check the whole site, this is the only ammo order that says it requires an FFL.

All first time ammunition customers (who do not already have a Federal Firearms License on file with us) must Fax, Email, or Mail a copy of his/her State issued Drivers License or State Identification to verify date of birth.

I went ahead and ordered a thousand rounds. I don't honestly expect to receive it though...I think there must be a mistake. There's NOBODY selling 7.62 for $50./ thousand.
