Default Dan's sporting good in Apollo

I wonder if Dan's is out of business. I placed an order for a barrel and ammo through his web site, no response. His voice mail wont even take messages. I wanted to go to his store, with intention to buy one of those ex-police Sigs. But his site tells to call first. Has anyone had dealings there recently? Thank you

He may be on the way to Harrisburg to set up for this weekend.

I placed a phone order with him three weeks ago for some AK mags. Everything went smoothly.

I purchased a Sig P225/P6 from him last Friday, got it today from my local FFL. Pleasure to deal with, seems like a nice old guy I wish I could've made the trek out there to see his store but had to do everything over the phone unfortunately.

I visited Dan several times in his warehouse since I posted this question. I also bought P6! He hand-picked one for me, the bore was so pristine like it was new gun. Shoots like a dream. I also bought replacement barrel for my CZ52, a spam can of tok ammo and GP11 bricks for my Swiss K31. (I always feel like a small child in a candy store when I am in his shop). We also share affection to vintage Mercedes cars. He is indeed wonderful person and very knowledgeable. If i could afford, I would buy lot more stuff, especially ammo, his prices are unbeatable. Next time I visit him I probably buy a flare gun and some czech flares. I hope he still has them.

Very nice, I normally drive a W126 300SD. It's in the shop though, the body and frame have been rust free but one of the major suspension components showed some rust and my father[who owns a shop specializing in only Mercedes] doesn't feel it is safe to drive. It's going to be a big job, around 2K!

I have been driving my fathers 89 Range Rover and that thing is a pig on gas. I'm grateful that he is letting me use it though.
