PAGC restrictions
they have a verbal rule regarding non-members. Even if you have shot there before, they require people to either buy a yearly membership or take a firearms safety class. And, they will not let you rent a gun from them if you go more than 12 months without using their gun range. i guess they are pushing their yearly memberships.

Just a note, anyone accompanying a member is allowed to shoot without proof of having taken a safety class.
