Re: OC in Delaware State Forest?
Without an LTCF you do not meet any of the exemptions needed to get the firearm to the SFL.
My cabin is a SFL lease in the Delaware State forest. I meet the exemption for transporting an empty firearm to the cabin and am legal to open carry if i just walk out the door.
I need an LTCF -or- sportmens permit if hunting, fishing, and dog training to drive from my camp to another place in the SFL.
You would need the LTCF to legally get the firearm from home to the SFL trailhead.
