No weapon policy in not for profit hospital?
My employer is a not for profit hospital. They are instituting a no weapons policy anywhere on campus. It is not public property but I was wondering if it being a "not for profit" leaves me any legal fight against this new policy.

Sadly, no..... However I don't believe you would be charged with trespassing since you work there. You'd probably lose your job. Is this a policy for just employees, or all persons?

"not for profit" has no bearing. Property is either public or private domain - one or the other.
Private property owners can create conditions as they please.
