    Default Guns of Taken2

Just saw the movie. There are more gun shots than spoken words. I am not too good at IDing pistols in a fast paced movie but if you are you'll have a good time. The only one I could remotely recognize had a silhouette of perhaps a Ruger SR9.It was used by Liam towards the end. BTW, Hollywood has perfected the sound of a gun fire!

I'll be darned! Talk about shutting down the thread. Anyway, I think I mistook Steyr for Ruger. Did not know Steyr even made pistols.

What IMDB is calling an unkown pistol, shown here:

appears to be a CZ-75 or variant.

The palm swells on the plastic grips are a clue, as well as the mainspring rod at the bottom of the grip, and the cutout for the hammer pin just above the beavertail, but the most telltale item is the internal slide rails, which can be seen at the back of the slide above the black rectangular hole above the hammer.

The IMDB site has updated, and lists it as a CZ-75 stainless. Lots of Beretta representation (and the Taurus knockoff).

I did. All of it. Looked like a 75 at a glance to me. But I'm a Ceskaholic.

Nope (BTW, I have a few CZ's, so that's why I noticed those features )
