Default Spring forward on the PAFOA server?

Is the PAFOA server going to "spring forward" for DST?
All times are GMT -5. The time now is 11:25 AM.
Now we should be GMT-4 for Eastern Daylight-saving Time.

    Mine shows up correctly:

All times are GMT -4. The time now is 02:33 PM.

Check in your User Options to make sure your DST settings are set to "Automatically Detect".

Oops, my mistake. I changed my vBulletin settings to use DST, and now it works for me.
(I was running Win XP SP1 with the old DST dates.)

The server uses ntpd to sync its clock with time.nist.gov several times daily.
