OC attire
Do you guys typically "dress up" when you OC or just wear whatever you pull out of your closet/dresser?
I mean, most folks typically dress half decent, but I'm wondering if a tucked in shirt and decent jeans would get less flack then someone dressed in a stereotypical criminal or gangster type clothes.

Re: OC attire
Doesn't matter to me.
I can tell you one thing for sure. Darker clothing and darker guns/holsters attract far less attention because the guns don't stand out visually. It also means your firearm won't be noticed from a distance. If any of that matters to an OC'er.
If you are carrying as a statement, be sure to wear light colored clothing or tan holsters.

Re: OC attire
I don't dress up for OC. If I'm leaving work, I'll have a button-down shirt tucked into dress pants. On the weekends, it's jeans or shorts and an untucked t-shirt or sweatshirt and flip-flops or boots. The only time anyone gave me any flack for OC I was wearing dress pants, tucked-in button down shirt and dress shoes in all dark colors. YMMV.

Re: OC attire
I generally prefer to tuck my shirts in, so I usually wear t-shirts or other styles of tops that are conducive to that. Jeans, shorts, or slacks, it's usually pretty much the same.

Re: OC attire
I always wear what I consider proper attire to any function I attend.
Daily I wear Wrangler or lee jeans with a button down shirt which I seldom tuck when it's warm outside. Come winter I tuck the shirt in keep my appearance decent looking as the shirt tails are longer than the coats I usually wear.
I am not trying to impress anyone and I don't give a "tinkers damn" what anyone else thinks of the way I dress. The oracle is in. Age and treachery will always overcome youth and skill!!
