Default Moving out of state with NFA Trust

I am looking to move to TN in the next few months. I will still be keeping my current residence for at least another 8 months to 1 year. I had a lawyer form an Irrevocable NFA Trust. Obviously, I want to bring the NFA weapons the trust has acquired with me. Currently, there is a Saiga 12 SBS, a Silencerco Osprey and Sparrow, and a Serbu Shorty. All form 4s. So, how do I do this? What forms do I fill out? I have heard I don't have to do anything for the cans. Someone told me I may have to form a TN trust. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

PS-just read TN is the ONLY state that passed a SHALL SIGN state for NFA weapons. Meaning, unless there is something in the NCIC the CLEO must sign off on the NFA acquisition. Neat.

All good. Emailed him yesterday. He said TN recognizes the trust. Just a matter of submitting form 5320.20 for each item. I had read online and told by a few NFA dealers that you don't have to fill out forms to move the cans. Prince however, advises to do so.

Suppressors and AOW's don't require it - but it is a smart thing to do. Covering one's ass as much as possible when dealing with NFA devices is critical.
