AMT Auto Mag 22

Ok, my weekend for finding guns I've wanted. Anyone own an AMT Automag 22? Considering one with 3 1/2 inch barrel, I like the shorter barrel ones. I know they haven't been made in a while and seem to fetch a good $. Any pro's or con's on this 22 mag? How about ballpark value - I see them go from $450-$650 ????

I own one with a 6" barrel. It is reasonably accurate. Trigger pull isn't great. The sights are the best thing about these (Millett adjustable). I don't know where you would be able to find parts for them if they break. Mine is very well made and finely finished. Mags are pricey when you can find them. I rarely shoot mine. Wear good hearing protection. They bark loud and throw a big flame.

Tx - been going back and forth on whether to buy or not. While deciding I found a great little amt backup 380 cheap so I bought that for starters - lol.
