    Seriously?!?!?

I thought this nonsense ended a while ago... you know between the court rulings and MPOTC updates and all...

I hope he and his friend sue and make a nice chunk of change... and that departments/officers knock this off.

hopefully this individual actually researches the law and gets help showing exactly the laws and the misdemeanor charges you can file against the police for doing such action

Not only did the police screw him, he got screwed when he paid $675 for a G19 they are 529-539 brand new in my neck of the woods.

Being that he's in Pittsburgh I'd venture to guess he went to Anthony Arms...
My only other guess is Holster, mag(s), ammo that was taken as well.

I hope this guy gets his situation straightened out but I think he has an up hill battle. As far as we know he has no audio/video and he didn't jump on it the same/next day. We all know who usually wins when it's their word vs yours.

Also we don't exactly have all the details of why he was arrested, just his side of the story. For all we know he could have been intoxicated and waving his gun around.

Just some thoughts from my brainz...

Seeing as how they falsely arrested him, why not educate the officers via a lawsuit and criminal charges? Turnabout and all that... well, except he would be on the correct side of the law.

i agree... but remember...we are only truly "free" in this country when we can "afford" the legal system.

Granted it's been a month or so. But I don't remember their prices on Glock being $670. I do remember them being a little high all over. But only a few things I was like - woah!

They do however have a very good selection.

    I have several comments here

Anyone that pays $675 for a G19 is off their rocker

Anyway, I wouldnt take what this guy is saying too seriously. He doesn't seem all there. He's broadcasting himself to the world and he can't even take enough self pride to prop his camera up steadily and refrain from yawning while still trying to speak into his bobbing camera. He stumbles over his own words and he doesn't seem too sure of himself. Then, when he does sound sure of himself I believe he is dead wrong. For instance, his reference to PA laws. As far as my research shows. There is no separation between theft and larceny in PA, they mean the same thing. And theft of $675 is not a felony.

Also, stuff that doesnt seem right

He said he asked the cop when he was being arrested what he was being arrested for...wtf? now, I've never been arrested, but shouldnt he have been taken to the police station and given formal charges...spoken with a lawyer, have a court date, etc? He said he sent a citation in. So..he was just cited, not arrested?

WTF is going on here? Am I the only one whos noticing this stuff? I'm even distracted at work here, so I'm sure I'm missing stuff. But this is what I've seen so far.

Something tells me there is a whole lot more to this story. His lack of details about this arrest makes my have lot more questions.

    $675 for a Glock 19?
