Habitual Drunkards
36. ARE YOU AN INDIVIDUAL WHO IS A HABITUAL DRUNKARD, OR WHO IS ADDICTED TO OR AN UNLAWFUL USER OF MARIJUANA OR A
STIMULANT, DEPRESSANT OR NARCOTIC DRUG?
What classifies you in the PA Commonwealth law as being a Habitual Drunkard and therefore makes you not qualified to get your LTCF?
I know guys that drink 30 packs daily that have their LTCF... They may not have applied at that state of "drunkenness", but have slowly worked their way to that via a high tolerance built over time. Shall they be stripped of their LTCF?
To some people if you drink a 6 pack a day you are alcoholic, to some people if you ONLY drink a 6 pack a day your are a lady part.

Re: Habitual Drunkards
I have a question, does a person that gets prescription painkillers (narcotics) from their doctor should be stripped from their LTCF even if they been on them for years?

Re: Habitual Drunkards
Yeah I just saw that, depends on the way you read it, but if you are addicted to caffeine, which is a stimulant, you cant get your LTCF...
I wonder how much legal muscle this question has.
Do you think an alcoholic would ever answer this honestly?
