I read some of the link you provided, and all I can say is WOW. I'm glad I do not live in NY (also because I like big gulps, and I do not feel the school should be giving plan B to children. But, I digress)

Stv1 , first welcome to America, second why waste all that money and renew your NYC license? Mine expired last year and i couldnt wait to mail it back to them un-renewed.

When i first got my NYC pistol license the cost were $35, now its up to $450 , screw them.
