I voted Glock 30 simply because of capacity. I have an HK USP Compact .45 and wish it held more. That being said, if they made a Sig P229 in .45 I'd be all over it. The P220 Carry Elite Dark is a beautiful alternative.

Any seasoned shooter would agree with me, go with the gun you are most accurate with. It only takes 1 well placed shot to end a conflict (I always train to hit the head, always). It doesn't matter if your gun can hold 5 rounds or 60 rounds, it does you no good if you can't hit your target with it.

I say go to your local range, and try all of those guns out. I've personally tried all but 1 (the Colt) at the range. But what works for me, might not work for you.

I'm leaning toward the glock 30 but am digging the extras on the xds and the slim design .
I have a g36 and love it shoots really good but want more rounds .
I also want this for cc ..

Cool Re: Need your help which one would you choose for cc

i carry a g30 std. frame. i have found it to be one of the most accurate glocks i own. i typically shoot better groups with the 30 than i do with my 35. go figure. i have to admit it can be a bit on the heavy side so get a good belt and holster for carry purposes. i may get burned by this but here it is. i carry mine in a sob galco rig with a galco belt. this method distributes the weight best for me and is comfortable as well.

Glock no way. Kimber pro carry 1911 4" bbl. If you need all those rounds in the mag. Hit the range more often. Spray n pray?? A Kimber doesn't need to be held sideways! Point aim and pull the trigger once!

When Shtf I want more rounds . Usually when your being robbed there's more than 1 perp .
Person #1 is a look out or getaway driver .
Person #2 is the one robbing you ...
When under stress about 30 percent of your training and motor skills drop IMO ..
    My 0.02 cents .

Did the OP mention a Kimber?

No one has ever come out of a gun fight saying "Well, I really wish I would have had less ammo."

And the inference that a Kimber is inherently more accurate than a Glock is also silly. Accuracy is limited by the user.
