Federal 100 round value packs
Has anyone seen the Federal 100 round value packs at their Wally World? I picked the only one mine had down here in DE. Seems to be running $10 cheaper than WWB, which I've always found to be a very dirty round. Even if these are the same quality, the difference in price will make a brick hurt less. For the record Federal was $30 and WWB was about $40.
Worth it for the brass alone. They look to be good quality ball, with brass cases.

Re: Federal 100 round value packs
You didn't say caliber but from pricing I'm going to assume .223/5.56...
I saw a couple at Kennett Square's Walmart a bit ago, but just checked and they're sold out. $34.97 ea.

Re: Federal 100 round value packs
Yeah like getting the federals as well, I usually save like 5 dollars in
9mm, and about 10 bucks in 40s&w and 45acp per hundred when they have them in stock over the wwb.
I get them everytime I go shopping at wal mart, when they have them but it's been scarce lately, usually when they have some it's only one of the three calibers I mentioned.

Re: Federal 100 round value packs
I bought up the last four .40 the last time my local Walmart had them. My local Walmart always seems to have the 50/round boxes atleast.

Re: Federal 100 round value packs
My buddy bought two value packs and at least 10 in each box jammed his sr9 and my glock 19. The problem was that when the primer is struck the primer ignites the powder. Well there was no way for it to happen because there were no flash hole. The primer exploded causing the casing to get lodged in the barrel. Also it was difficult to rack the slide to eject the casing.

Re: Federal 100 round value packs
At one point between 8/20 and 8/29 I drove around and got 16 boxes in Dickson city, Pittston and Mt Pocono. All stores in my area are out of stock now.
Nice plinking ammo. Went trough about 3 boxes with no ftf or fte.
