Default I like to have a compact but they are all ugly

I must admit I have yet to see a good looking compact. They all look poorly proportioned or toy like. Know any model that looks good and is easy to hold without feeling it might fall out of your hand?

How small are you wanting to go? Are you needing a compact for concealed carry in general or pocket carry?

If so, the Kahr PM9 may be worth checking out. I would have suggested a Ruger LCP or LC9, but from your post, it sounds like you may not like the way they look.

Actually, LCP and LC9 are on my short list. I used to have a PPK. It is hard to find a better looking gun. Too bad it had a horrible habit of jamming. Baby 1911s look good too. I suspect they are bigger than they appear in pictures.

I love the way Sig Sauer P238's look and they seem to be well liked.I see Galloway has parts available to help the triggers on the Rugers. Had I known about that earlier this year I may not have purchased my Bodyguard .380

Compact enough, not ugly, very low recoil, reliable and fits my hand like a glove. What's not to like? I can't praise my M&P9c enough.

Guns don't kill people, it's mostly the bullets.

^ that plus the 938 slightly bigger if you like that, both are very easy on the eyes.

Any interest in the venerable Smith and Wesson J frame?
