Best place to buy and sell firearms near Erie?

Hello all,

I'm new to Erie, so I'm completely unfamiliar with which gun shops are good and which aren't. I'm looking to sell my .380 Makarov IJ70-17A and buy a "pocket"-sized pistol, like a Kel-Tec P32. Where's a good place to do this here? Also, are there any gun shops open on Sundays in the area?

Edinboro Outdoors is a great group of guys. Just like selling a used car, no matter what dealer you go to, you will always do better with a private sale.

personal preference...im not a fan of edinboro outdoors. i preferred to deal with sam before he retired. otherwise i have yet to purchase from keystone but they have always been friendly when i stop in. bobs... no thank you they have always treated me with an air of disrespect , always felt totally uncomfortable there. erie sports store and gander mountain and dicks... chain stores...but have purchased when decent deals. in meadville i have purchased from dunham's they have been freindly and somewhat knowledgeable about what i purchased. in all i will make the trip south to go to Ultra firearms if i want truly personable service and extensive knowledge and fair prices both trade in and used and new.

right now GE has me 7 days a week... best i can do is a day off... i cannot have weapons on my person or in my vehicle on GE property. let me see how the next week or so plays out. problem is im sure they are not open on sundays...wich is my best odds of being off. and im second shift...

Mon: 9:00 am -12:00 pm
Tue - Sat: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm

So yeah, doesn't look good for you.
I work 6 days a week, starting at 6, until I get done. Usually I can head over if I get done early, but I can't plan it.
