If you have a .22 and five mags you don't want to miss this match

Shot this Saturday PM with my son and we had a blast - Falling steel with a .22 rifle is AWESOME !

Match was great - Going to do it again

No rain on Sunday either. It's a fun match. I do wish they'd get rid of the 60 second par time though. 4 hours drive for 4 minutes of shooting is a little tough to justify...

If you cleared the stages it was less than 4 minutes

Indeed. My level of suck plus a slant grip High Standard auto with iron sights doesn't allow for that though. I would have appreciated a chance to shoot at all the targets. I don't see it adding all that much time to the overall match. Folks that are really bad are going to run out of ammo before two minutes are up and they'd be balanced out by the hot shot teams that clean the stage in 30 seconds. Heck, we had a kid on our squad that barely got warmed up before the timer chirped.

Like I said, it was fun, but coming in from the Philly airport to shoot 4 stages with a 60 second par time is tough to justify.
