Default Is it true that any ccp is valid during a traffic stop

I've heard it a few times before but can't find the law or ordance that allows it.

You have no duty to inform that you're carrying in PA in a car or on foot.

    My advice

What happens when the officer asks if you have any weapons in your car? Should you lie and say no or not say anything at all? Not being sarcastic just wondering.

Me? Personally, I would just not answer their question. Cop can ask me anything they want. I choose what I answer and what I don't.
If they don't like it, they can go pound sand. If they kept pressing it, I would tell them it's none of their business and I do not consent to any searches or seizures. Still pressing? Ask for a supervisor to come on scene. If it really got down to it, I would simply lie to the cop.
It's not illegal to lie to an officer (just don't lie to a federal LEO).

If a cop decides to pull you from your car, search your vehicle, search your body, etc. They are GOING TO DO IT (whether legal or not). I will never consent or volunteer myself to assist them. Mostly because I will be suing their asses both civilly, criminally, professionally and personally afterwards.

If it's a traffic stop, it's an official interaction. DO NOT LIE,

What you do beyond that is up to you.

    It's NOT?

Please explain how/why you think it is not illegal to lie to a police officer when he is acting in an official capacity.
