Re: Gay and in the NRA
To the OP...welcome to the forum. I hope you stick around, you seem like a decent guy.
Some of the responses to your postings have made me a bit embarrased to be a poster on this website. Sometimes it is embarrasing to be in the company of some of these folks who claim they support freedom and basic human rights.
If we would join together and support our 2A rights (as well as the rest of the constitution) instead of trying to elevate our own staus by pointing out one another's petty differences, the anti's would stand no chance. Instead they win by divide and conquer tactics. The old guys who think it's ok to have a deer rifle but not an AR or AK. The people who think it is ok to have a gun for home protection but not carry. The old, tired, OC vs. CC debates. We have so much division within our own ranks, and then try to create division once again based on someones sexual orientation....un-fucking-believable.

A quote that I read that helps me keep faith in perspective:
"He who is humble in his thoughts and engaged in spiritual work, when he reads the Holy Scriptures, will apply everything to himself and not to someone else" +St. Mark the Ascetic (5th c.)
Anyhow~is the mini14 working well for ya? I had bought a SS model when I was the Corps a hundred years ago and ended up trading it in and getting a Colt CAR-15 (wish I still had both)...I think I wasn't patient enough breaking it in or something but had a lot of feeding problems.USMC 2/10 1982-85~REMEMBER FT. Re: Gay and in the NRA
I found both triggers to be terrible to me so the triggers are on a scale to me.. The Glock was a crisper suck and the XD was a more mushy suck. They are in the same family, SR9 (heavy suck), Glock (crisp heavy suck), XD( lighter mushy suck), M&P(heavy mushy suck).

Who cares?
They could be a flesh-eating zombie as long as they support the 2A. Could even be a democrat. All of my guns are lubed with BACON GREASE.

Re: Gay and in the NRA
Old seminary joke:
So Jesus was walking along, and he noticed a big crowd of people. He asked what was going on and they told Him "She was caught in adultery. We're going to stone her!" He replied, "Well, then, let he who is without sin cast the first stone!"
The crowd murmured amongst themselves, and began to disperse.
Suddenly a big rock comes flying from the back and beans the woman on the head.
Jesus looks back to see where it came from and says "Mom, sometimes you really piss me off!"
