West Shore Sportsmen's Association
Does anyone know why the shotgun range is closed? I got the letter saying it was closed but no reason was given.
I also asked a few people and no one had any idea.

Re: West Shore Sportsmen's Association
How is that club?
I was thinking of joining to use the pistol range, and I understand
they have an indoor range.

Re: West Shore Sportsmen's Association
The Trap Range was closed due to an an adjoining property owner hunting
on his property had pellets from the Trap Range landing near him. The
Board of Directors closed the Trap Range Immediatley. The Board of
Directors are presently reviewing where to move the Trap Range at this
time.FUNDAMENTALS

Re: West Shore Sportsmen's Association
The indoor pistol range is nice. You can now use jacketed bullets in the range now.
I like the outdoor pistol ranges the most. I enjoy shooting at the steel plates.
I really have nothing but nice things to say about WSSA.
Rob
PS thanks for the information about the shotgun range.

Usually not real busy there, only when there is a match. Not like the public range in Dillsburg.

Re: West Shore Sportsmen's Association
Yea, the Dillsburg range seems to be always busy.
I was there on Tuesday, and there where a couple of gang bangers there
shooting side handed at the 25 yard targets.
What a joke.

Re: West Shore Sportsmen's Association
If you're thinking of joining, get your application in before the last Tuesday of the month. New members are approved at the club meeting. The application can be brought to the meeting as well.
There's groups up there on Monday and Thursday nights (Bullseye and IDPA respectively) and someone there can get you an application and sign as a sponsor.
Good shooting!
