I lost my older sister when she was 39 and saw the agony and pain my parents went through loosing their oldest child. I can only imagine how Jaybell's parents feel loosing their only child.

    RIP Jaybell

I only met him once and he talked for about ten minutes or so. In that time, I realized he was very passionate about shooting and had a great deal of knowledge about the subject as well. Sad to hear this news. I hope he's in a better place.

I too nominated JayBell for it in the forum Contact thingy.

    --------

While I never got to meet JayBell in person, I have followed his postings for the past 6+ years. He had a great deal of technical know-how and knowledge of laws.

He was definitely a hardass when it came moderating, which I'm sure he prided himself on. He kept this site in order like a Sergeant-at-Arms would keep a meeting in line. With me being a former Sentinel with the FFA, I respected Jason's methods with great enthusiasm.

I'm 100 percent certain that JayBell is riding the big motorcycle in the sky or shooting away some machine guns. Over the weekend there were some thunderstorms in the area, and during them I smiled and thought to myself when the thunder rolled through that Jason must be having a good 'ole time shooting the big guns.

    Very upsetting news, indeed.
