Default Looking to get first suppressor

I have been in the market for my first class 3 weapon and have been going back and forth between a 9mm suppressor and a .22 suppressor. I wanted to see if anyone on here has had any experience with either the AAC TiRant 9, the AAC Prodigy .22LR, or the Silencerco Sparrow SS .22LR suppressors. I'm leaning towards the .22 suppressor for the first one based on price to own and shoot and already have multiple hosts that would work with that can. I know there is a big difference between the 9 and .22 suppressors but figured I could pick some of the members brains on here for some advice. Thanks in advance for your thoughts.

You probably want to put this in the NFA section of the forum.

IMO, a 22 suppressor is the best bang for the buck for a first suppressor. When I bought my GemTech Outback II a few years ago, it wasn't offered as a take apart can, but the new OBII come that way. GT offers to upgrade older OBII, so you can take it apart for cleaning. Once my can weighs more, I'll be sending it in for the upgrade.

Buy from a good company and any can you purchase should last a lifetime.
