Looks like Virginia is making it much easier for non residents to obtain a concealed carry permit. I think this is a win for many gun owners nationwide and step forward in the right direction.

You have to get the application packet. This will include the form and also a fingerprint card. There is also a requirment to have had a hunters safety class or one of the other approved classes. It is not just mail in the application type of deal.
