    Default BLM regulating guns

I looked but didn't see this elsewhere. It seems that the Bureau of Land Management has decided that the public lands used for the "Burning Man Festival" will be a gun free or second amendment free zone. I don't know about Nevada, but in Pa. this would be, I believe, a preemption violation. Does the BLM actually have the authority to do this, regardless of the statutes they're quoting to support it?

I'm including a link, I hope it works.

BLM is a federal agency so state preemption wouldn't apply to them.

Don't think the attendees of Burning Man care or are aware of this....or many things. They kind of remind me of the 2AM freak show at Denny's

    Ja feel me?
