Why pay for car washes when you live in PA! I got mine done last night while I slept!

Step 1. Watch the weather and when they call for rain, go out and pour car wash on your car. Step 2. Relax! After the rain, it will look brand new again!

I'm just kidding about the car soap! LOL I didn't really do that...but my car was clean this morning!

It's flooding here in the Lewistown area. I'll get some pictures up later tonite. As of 3:30 the river was up to 21.9 feet. Yesterday it was 6 feet. For the record, flood stage is 23, so it's not getting to houses in town yet, but that's still a lot of water. The last I heard, it was predicted to crest around 24-25 feet.

10 News has a crew in town, I guess Mifflin County is the hardest hit area in central PA.

Ok, here's some pictures. I didn't take many today, so I've only got 2 from today to post.

Remember folks, if you have a riverfront campsite, don't leave your camper there when they're calling for floods.

This next one is for reference. The bridge is the historic "Stone Arch Bridge" in Lewistown. It's on the National Register of Historic Places. It was built in 1813 as part of the Harrisburg to Pittsburgh Turnpike. It was restored in 2006.

Same bridge, and I was standing in as close to the same location as I could remember to take today's picture.
