I'm not familiar with anything of that nature, so I assume it's not legit.
Sounds like all the other pop-up "you're a winner" boxes I see elsewhere. I never even read them - I just close/ignore them.

No I already closed it. Guess I did not win.

its called spyware. Might wanna download a spyware scanner and get that removed and you'll be ok. It makes it look like its coming from the site but it actually isn't.
