LTCF Application Form

Hi,

The link on the Chester County Sheriff's Office to download the LTCF application form is broken. It instead downloads the guide to completing the form, not the form itself.

Can anybody provide an alternate link? I won't have any time over the next few weeks to make an in-person visit to the Sheriff's office.

Thanks, looks like they fixed it. This morning it was just the first page

Thanks kind sir. I have another question which I hope can be answered here. Question 38 asks: Applications for non-U.S. Citizens must be provided to the Pennsylvania State Police along with a copy of the License to Carry.

I am not a US citizen so this applies to me. How can I present a copy of the license to carry if this is the application for it, and which has not yet been issued? Or how should I be reading this requirement?
