Default Two Shot, Deputy Killed after "cutting the line"

Haven't seen this posted yet after searching.

    http://hamptonroads.com/2012/08/norf...e-aid-shooting

A legal ltcf holder who seems like an instigater vs a terminated deputy with a scumbag record. I don't trust either side of this one.

    This happened in Virginia.

I'm hoping the store had video cameras that caught the whole incident.

I'm sure they do. All pharmacies do for employee protection is "add more cameras." That was discussed thoroughly after the walgreens incident where the pharmacist was fired for concealing a weapon that saved his life.

So let me get this right. A former officer with a history of being confrontational, cut in line in front of another customer, sprayed the other guy with pepper spray and then shot the guy in the back with concealed handgun all while having his carry permit revoked?? Clearly it was the other guys fault. Grabbing popcorn for this one.

Decisions, decisions...who to root for, the jackass talking on the phone while in line instead of paying attention so that he doesn't delay the other people, or the psychotic ex-deputy who enjoys the attention he gets for being a douchebag and putting the evidence on YouTube?

The dead guy has no story. Except for the history of mental questions, and being booted out of the LE community (but we know they have high standards...right?)

The surviving guy tells a story that doesn't ring true, that he merely remonstrated to the other chap, then went back to speaking with mum, and the dead guy pepper-sprayed him for no reason at all. Then shot him for no reason at all. (In my experience, although crazy happens, mostly people do things for a reason.)

What the heck, let's root for the dead guy, maybe the other guy goes away and we're +2 on the Good Guy/Asshole ratio.

There is so much wrong with this story on so many levels, especially where the ex deputy was slapped with a restraining order for calling the organizer of a self professed "SLUT WALK", get this... "Slut queen"...and NO, NO WAY, "Sweety."

    OMFG...the horror!

As far as the shooters, what was it that makes the black guy with no criminal record, a valid LTCF, and that got cut out of line, pepper sprayed, and shot in the back by a deranged and disgraced ex cop a scum bag?

I mean...did i read the story wrong? Or is this a black thing?

I'll hope for security videos, too, but I'll just point out that it's not unheard of for police reports to favor "one of their own," even especially when the one of their own is a dirtbag (who is so proud of being a dirtbag that he uses it as a screen name).

The jury is out, but I know who I'm rooting for ...
