And if we add up the 2011 + 2010 + 2009 + 2008 + 2007 we get how many LTCFs issued? The resulting answer would be the rough number of Pennsylvanians licensed to carry. Yes, I know, it doesn't factor in the Ausländerin or Außenseiterin, but the result should be close enough.

Is the total of LTCF issued for new only or does that include renewals?

    Good job, tl_

Renewals and new issues are the same thing. In PA there really isn't a renewal of your license. That total of 791998 is for all of the licenses issued between 2007 and 2011.

Actual valid number is less due to surrendering of LTCF and revocations - but PA stopped showing those a few years back. The last listing of surrenders/revocations only had very small numbers, for most counties it was only a handful each(if that) and the higher population counties it may have reached a couple dozen.

Thanks for posting! It is disappointing to see that Northampton and Lehigh counties are as low as they are. I was really hoping the percentage of issued LTCFs would be higher.

It's looks like to best Counties to commit a crime are Philadelphia. Montgomery, Delaware, Chester and Bucks!

Coincidentally, they all border New Jersey
