I have just gone through something i need advice. I do not want to publicly post it but need some help in the matter as i want to do something about what just happened to me and my fiance regarding open carry, partial assault by LEO and some other things that transpired.

That is what i thought i know he gives "Advice" i contacted a lawfirm already and wish i could vent on here but i know i cannot.

As to the video and voice no i did not have time to respond however video and voice was on where i was at.

If you captured it, I would make at least 2 back ups of it to ensure you don't lose a copy.

Write down your recollection NOW, in detail. For you, not for anyone else. I know you think you will remember it tomorrow, and certainly through the end of the week, and probably for ever.

Nobody does. Write everything down now. You are going to have to have your facts straight if you need to refute anything from the other side. As soon as they can start poking holes in your recollection on one or two points your story will lose credibility.

It's a good thing he didn't record it, without the consent of the other party, secretly recording audio would be in violation of PA wiretap laws, no?

Yes, except for specific exemptions. Police officers do not have the right of privacy when on duty.
