Beaver Valley Rifle & Pistol Club

I'm thinking of joining the Beaver Valley Rifle & Pistol Club. The application has a field for "Referring Member". Not sure if a referral is required, or if they're just trying to find out who pointed new members to the club.

In any case, I'm trying to find someone that would be willing to serve as my "sponsor". If anyone is willing I'd be more than happy to spring for some ammo so we could get together to shoot a bit. Just thinking someone might be more willing if they could meet and see that I'm not a headcase before sticking their neck out with the club.

That's excellent Jay. Ron and I are going to get together to shoot this week. If the response I'm getting from this post is any indication of the club's hospitality, I'd say I've made a good choice.
