Default LTCF Revoked due to OC?

I stumbled accross and video on youtube recently (it may be old news) that a woman got her LTCF revoked due to multiple complaints about her OC at a local soccer game. She was in the process of appeal, but I dont know how that turned out.

Im wondering about carrying locally in your neighborhood, or anywhere for that matter, if enough people complained about you, could it be taken away? I suppose according to 18 Pa.C.S. § 6109: Licenses "An individual whose character and reputation is such that the individual would be likely to act in a manner dangerous to public safety." It in fact could be.

    Very old news.

She was a member and highly respected. She won her case.

Sadly she was murdered by her husband a few years back.

    Her handle was shefearsnothing

She was a member here and, if I recall correctly, got the OK to carry after a drawn out process as the games were not happening on school property.

As for 18 Pa.C.S. § 6109: Licenses "An individual whose character and reputation is such that the individual would be likely to act in a manner dangerous to public safety," used against an individual as reason to revoke a LTCF... that is just asinine. The PA Constitution states it is the right of the citizens to openly carry a firearm as long as they are not a prohibited individual. So you think doing something you are legally permitted to do is reason enough to have a LTCF revoked? I personally don't think that would hold up in an appeal.
