    Default Glock grips

Went looking at Glocks on Saturday, specifically a G23 or G27. I understand that one is a compact and one is a subcompact and not all guns fit your hand. What I found was that the G27, minus the floating pinkie, fit my hand great, while the G23 the finger indentations on the grip were all off by 1/2 of a finger. Instead of hitting between my fingers the raised part hit dead middle of them. I was under the impression that all of the finger grips on all the Glock were the same. Am I wrong? or was this a problematic gun?

By the way, if finances weren't an option right now I would be the proud owner of an XDS .45. WOW!!

if you add grip extensions to your mags you essentially give it almost identical grips to the g23 fwiw.

That is what I thought, but they felt like two different grips entirely.

If you want a .45 XDS why don't you save a little longer and buy one? I fondled one last weekend and fell in love. That will be my next hand gun.

I was under the impression they use the same grip angle and I would think the finger spacings would be universal ass well? If I wasn't in Hilton Head playing golf right now, I would measure my G27 and G23 spacings.

I just checked, the glock 19 has the same exact finger groove spacing as the 26. You might be holding them differently.
