Has Gas Drilling Activity affected Rifle & Archery Hunting in Tioga County - DMAP 45

I don't use any wireless trail cams yet, but I use multiple ones so I keep good track on what is going on.

Nothing has really changed IMO here around my place. There are always 6-12 deer living here and already I see a young buck passing through. Last year I had 5 bucks hanging around. Deer population in Tioga County seems just fine.

I hunt tioga county. Had a doe walk up to 8' from me; no tag so she walked. Signs of bucks, but i couldn't find any. First week, but according to my father "there isn't enough pressure these days".

The deep woods deer are a different beast than the urban and edge dwellers. I only get up to deer hunt TSF once or twice a year, as well as turkey once a year. Always see sign of both just hard to find them when you're only there for 72 hours a year. We have a camp surrounded by TSF in fallbrook. Hopefully get up this season again for opening day or maybe some smallgame with the new dog.
