New tenant saw me carrying and asked the question
Today I signed a new set of tenants to a house I rent out. The guy noticed my Glock 30sf I was sort of open carrying in an IWB holster since my t-shirt worked its way between me and the gun. Asked me if I was a cop. I said no and that I just carry. He said he didn't mind guns but when I asked if he had any he said no, and that he had never even shot a gun before. I did not offer to take him shooting (as I do with any non-shooters I know) because I don't get too familiar with tenants.
I'm glad I didn't scare him or his girlfriend off, hard to find good tenants. First set of tenants that actually saw me carrying.
How do you handle carrying in front of tenants?

Tell him "remember this day when you call me to change a lightbulb at 2:00 AM.".
