Default Is this AK worth the money over a wasr

I was looking at some AKs and I came across the atlantic firearms page. I was wondering if the build quality of this rifle is worth the extra $100 or so over something like a wasr.

They have USA parts so will not be worth the money as opposed to a preban Polytech Legend or Norinco underfolder.

Ok, is that due to inferior part quality? I really don't want to spend more than $700 on an ak, is the wasr the best bet for that kind of money? I also found this one, does not say anything about usa parts but I know it has to have some to be compliant.

It is a nice rifle I have one and it's fit and finish is a nicer than my WASR 10/63 and my GP1975. I think it is a real nice rifle for the money, mine shoots 1.75" 5 shot groups @ 100 yards with WPA FMJ ammo.

I think you would be happy with it.

I reallly liked mine. It shot very well, great trigger, accurate barrel. I had the model with the green poly hardware, same gun though. Took a while to break in, which was frustrating, but it was very accurate and tight compared to wasr I have shot.
They really have gone up in price though, I saw them for 425 on Buds not long ago.

I can't say what the quality difference is. I can say my wasr shoots great.

I've heard some bad stuff about IO (Inter Ordnance) and would probably go Century over one of those.

These- http://www.atlanticfirearms.com/storeproduct947.aspx are supposed to be good builds and I'd go with Inter Arms over both of them. They also have an underfolder too at Atlantic- http://www.atlanticfirearms.com/storeproduct997.aspx. I had the chance to put a couple mags through one a little bit ago, pretty sweet.

Order in confidence from these guys.
