i have one that i got in trade a while ago and the tube is beat to hell as well as the threads just barley accept a nut .
i checked with Remington it will cost around $60 to replace it . i assume it is brazed in, Is it something easily done or am i just better off sending it back to factory.......all warfare is based on deception..........

Re: 870 mag tube replacement
for the $60 I would much rather pay to have it done and not have problems in the future.

$60 seems reasonable to me for peace-of-mind and a job well done.
