    Bullshit.
    He cannot carry the magazine in the same compartment of the bag.
    It is not even close to the same thing.

    If the UFA instructed the loaded magazine to be carried in a detatched and seperate container then simply saying it was in the same bag would point to evidence of a crime.
    But the UFA instructs no such thing.

    For example;
    I carry some of my rifles in a bag that has mag pouches on the side.
    When there are mags in the pouches they are in the same bag, but they in no way violate the letter or spirit of the UFA.

    i had a friend that was a public defender and got a guy off on some gun charge because he was moving from one residence to another. There is, or was, some part of the law that allows you to move firearms with out one of those places being a shooting rage, even if you don't have a LTCF, as long as you're moving.

    Moving the guns on the train, yup that sounds legal to me, if we can figure out the "ammo in container/ different container" thing.

    bringing drugs along with him, thats where he f-ed up. I would have spent the extra $3.10 on another septa train ride to move my drugs.

    If you watch the video, at 16 seconds there is a shot of the "bag" used.

    The guy was in violation using that case shown.

    How were both guns registered? One is a long gun and wouldn't even be in the sales database.
    Hafa Adai! IANAL I merely state my opinion. If I am wrong, please correct me.

    Question Re: Seth Williams is on a roll

    Philly DA , cops , 'black community leaders' and 'reverands' are always railing about "stricter laws against illegal guns'' , but have nothing to say about ''stricter laws against illegal drugs''.

    In fact , they say mandatory drug sentences are inherantly racist!
    I don't speak English , I talk American!
