Default Trying to organize a "rally" in light of recent events. Help?!

As the title says, I am planning a 2nd amendment rally in southwest PA.
Just a place and time for citizens to honor our 2nd amendment, by simply demonstrating and educating people that guns don't kill people. This would be accomplished by a peaceful walk from point a to point b somewhere near lynch field in greensburg pa. We should be protected by the open carry law as No one will be handling the guns or un slinging the guns. We will carry signs and flags.
This has been done before in other parts of the USA already.
I started a facebook event page for this just to get a rough head count, but I could use some help with guidelines as legalities. I am 28 years old and was motivated by a speaker saying that my generation is loaded with people who want things done for them, and don't step up to the plate. I would like to do so
Any and all help will be appreciated!
