Moving carry question.

I'm most likely moving to Maine after I graduate college and wanted to know if you can renew your LTCF before it expires. Because I think you have to be a maine resident for 5 years before you can get carry permit there. Any info or insight would be appreciated, thanks.

You were close. The permit will be issued with-in 30 days if you have been a resident for 5+ years. All others will be issed with-in 60 days. So you will be good as long as you have a little time left on your LTCF.
