Deer Valley Sporting Goods, York PA excellent to deal with
Very personable and female friendly as well. I was in for a transfer and his price of $25 beats everyone hands down. Gander Mountain wanted $75 and the next closest was at $45. My Girlfriend was shopping and she was very happy with the sales staff, very professional shop.

I stopped in at Deer Valley a week or two ago to do a transfer and look around. Very nice people to deal with, highly recommended.

FYI.
I tried to do a transfer there before, and the seller had a PA Identification Card.
They refused to do the transfer.
They said they will only accept a PA Drivers License.

Also they won't take military PCS orders as proof of residency. Even though the ATF guide clearly states military PCS orders will suffice. Went to Gander Mountain instead and completed the transfer for $40.

I'll agree that its a good price, but it doesn't beat everyone in York....

Since you asked..
Bluestone Firearms
121 Bluestone Rd
York, PA 17406
Phone: 717-751-0676
Guy named Jeff runs it from a shop in the rear of his house. It's a separate entrance around the right side (he also runs a computer business from the same shop), has a half dozen pistols and a dozen or two long guns in stock. He orders anything you want, does some gunsmithing and does transfers for $20.
Great guy to deal with, does transfers anytime he's home (and pics is open).
